Evenbeter has added AI-assisted screening, tournament-planning checks, demand forecasting and reporting tools to the back-office platform it supplies to poker and casino operators. The expansion, announced Oct. 14, also adds responsible-gaming behavioural markers and controls that allow administrators to decide which AI functions can be used.
The screening layer flags suspicious hands and connections between accounts for human investigation, rather than determining that misconduct has occurred. It examines player and tournament hand histories from the bubble stage onwards, using internal signals including shared devices and payment links to identify potential multi-accounting or coordinated activity.
Names and IP addresses are excluded from the screening process. Alexander Tamplon, Evenbeter’s CTO, said the tools provide context and recommendations while operators retain responsibility for decisions.
For tournament teams, a pre-launch validation feature checks proposed settings against expected participation, guarantees, payout structures, prize limits and possible schedule conflicts. Historical schedule analysis is used to identify underperforming tournament time slots, while demand forecasts provide confidence-range estimates for future cash-game and tournament activity before an operator commits to a guarantee structure.
The release also adds natural-language prompts for generating filters across player, transaction and withdrawal lists. AI-generated report summaries can include recommended next steps, and retention analytics are organised by churn risk and player value.
The expanded suite includes reporting on cash-game stake economics and responsible-gaming behavioural markers benchmarked against individual and population baselines. Evenbeter said the latter are intended to help operators meet compliance obligations in regulated jurisdictions.
Administrators can enable or disable individual AI features, set daily request limits and tailor assistant instructions. The data each function can access remains governed by the existing back-office permissions structure.
Evenbeter rebranded from EvenBet Gaming in August. The Malta-based supplier operates under an MGA B2B Critical Supply licence, received from the Malta Gaming Authority in April 2020, and says it supports more than 200 projects in 41 countries with a workforce of more than 250 specialists across Malta, the United States, Serbia and Armenia.
