SBC Summit’s iGaming Product Track is scheduled for 30 September and will look at how online gambling brands can make the player experience smoother while keeping compliance, data infrastructure and product development in view.
According to SBC iGaming News, the track is meant to explore how brands can offer better and smarter gaming experiences, with sessions looking at player onboarding, AI-powered game design and performance across multiple devices. The summit will also examine how compliance systems and data infrastructure can work together to remove unnecessary friction points and support more informed product development.
The opening talk is titled “RedTech: Is ‘invisible KYC’ actually achievable or just another industry fantasy?” It will ask whether a less visible know-your-customer process could speed up onboarding while still meeting security standards, after the source noted that the sign-up process is one of the main reasons players drop off.
Rasmus Sojmark said players judge casinos on how simple the gameplay feels, but never notice the compliance systems or data infrastructure beneath it. He added that the track will examine how those systems and decisions can remove unnecessary friction, improve product development and create a casino experience with longer-term value for players.
The opening session is set to feature Elen Barber of SkyCity, Matteo Iannucci of GeoComply and Giorgi Tsamalaidze of Random Systems Georgia.
Other panels point to a wide-ranging agenda. “The Art & Science of Game Design: UX, Data & Player Psychology” will look at how player psychology shapes design, with insights from Ivan Korkin of Kanggiten, Tim Poole of Global Gaming Insider and Marko Zulj of Koom Games.
The track will also include “Cross-Platform Consistency: Designing Seamless Mobile, Web & App Experiences,” a discussion of how performance across devices can make the player experience more enjoyable. That panel will feature David Evans of Buzz Bingo, William Hansen of Xtremepush, Alex Kozachenko of Turbo Stars, Ivan Ochoa of Grupo GELSA and Francesco Postiglione of Casimo.
A special panel, “Gamification, Gen Z and the Rise of Social Play,” will examine how UX with adaptive AI, creator influence and community entertainment affect engagement. Its speakers include Andres Blanco of Gamanza Engage, Brett Calapp of Turnt Gaming, Anthony Gaud of New Jersey’s Regulated Esports and Video Game Committee, Tero Holopainen of Coolbet and Mario Ryan of Tombola.
The summit description also says operators are trying to cope with rising taxes, tariffs and running costs for online gambling platforms without losing players. In that context, speakers plan to discuss how smarter loyalty strategies and AI tools may change how casinos are built and run.
Beyond the panels, the event will include two Edication+ sessions. The Player Experience Academy will address how gamification can strengthen engagement and loyalty while supporting responsible play habits, while the Electronic Gaming Academy Masterclass will look at how modern player behaviour can help casinos decide which platforms to build and which products to prioritise.
The wider summit will also feature a dedicated iGaming & Casino zone bringing together game studios, platform providers, live casino suppliers and player engagement specialists. Guests will be able to use the Casino Games Show Floor Tour to look for potential partnerships, while Smart Connect is designed to set up pre-qualified meetings between buyers and suppliers.
